gambas2-ide software package provides Visual development environment for the Gambas programming language, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gambas2-ide
gambas2-ide is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gambas2-ide package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gambas2-ide *
You will get with gambas2-ide package name, version, architecture and description in a table
